Three mobile phone customers are experiencing problems with the network, with many reporting they have no signal or a complete blackout.
Around 500 people had logged problems with the outage tracker Down Detector by 8.30am, with difficulties beginning in the early hours of Friday morning.
Over half of these reported having no signal, while a quarter said they were experiencing problems with their mobile internet.
Over one fifth of reports said they were experiencing a total blackout.
One frustrated customer from Medway in Kent wrote on Three Mobile’s Facebook page: “For the third time this week, the Three Network is down in this area.
“Today, it went down at approximately 10.45am and is still down. Yesterday, it went down at 2.30pm. The only day this week there hasn’t been disruption is Monday.
“I have read on your website that engineers are working in the area, but an estimated time of completion would be most helpful.”
A second disgruntled customer stated that they were “planning to leave” Three due to “no network always and not covering my area in big city”.
The current problems appear to be affecting Three users in England and Scotland.
Three has not made a statement on its public platform about the issue.
A Three spokesperson told i: “A small number of customers may be experiencing issues with our network this morning.
“Our engineers are working on the issue now to fix it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
